Passing It On | Pastor Daniel
Pastor Daniel focuses on the value of passing what you have learned on to others—things you have learned through your own experience in the ministry, as well as things you have learned from others. The kingdom of God grows exponentially in this way. You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teacher others also. (2 Timothy 2:1-2 NASB). Based on this passage from the Apostle Paul, we see four aspects of mentoring and discipling others: 1) Be engaging, 2) Be encouraging, 3)Be enlightening, 4)Be enlisting.
