It is important to get your vision from God and His word. (Nehemiah 13:1-3)

Having systems of accountability in place can prevent a lot of heartache and help people stay on track. (Nehemiah 13:4-6)
—

As the leader your role is to keep people accountable for their actions. (Nehemiah 13:7-9)

—

If you mistreat people on your team they will leave or just stop working hard. (Nehemiah 13:10)

—

Confrontation is a part of leadership. (Nehemiah 13:11-14)

Make sure you take the time to warn people and explain your actions before you act. (Nehemiah 13:15-19)

After warning people of the consequences for their behavior, make sure you follow through and hold them accountable. (Nehemiah 13:20-22)

Take sin seriously and don’t allow it to creep in your team’s culture. (Nehemiah 13:23-27)

Leaders must stand up for things that are right and chase out those on the team who don’t belong. (Nehemiah 13:28-29)

God sees the hard work we do for Him and will reward us for our efforts. (Nehemiah 13:30-31)
