Jesus calls people to lead His church. (1 Timothy 1:1)

Love the people you are leading and invest in relationships. (1 Timothy 1:2)

It is important as a leader that you give clear expectations and instruction. (1 Timothy 1:3-5)

If a person isn’t competent enough to lead, don’t put them in that role yet because it will hurt them and others. (1 Timothy 1:6-7)

What you believe affects your behavior, so godly leaders must take the time to know and live out sound doctrine. (1 Timothy 1:8-11)

When Jesus calls you to serve Him, He will give you the strength as well. (1 Timothy 1:12)

By God’s grace anyone can be used by Him and lead. (1 Timothy 1:13-14)
