A great leader needs to have a team to accomplish great vision. (Nehemiah 3:1)

It takes many people to accomplish a great vision. (Nehemiah 3:2)

___

Achieving a vision will take hard work. (Nehemiah 3:3)

___

Having a great team takes unity not uniformity. A team should be diverse in strengths and work with one another. (Nehemiah 3:4)

___

Just because you have a great vision does not mean everyone will help you achieve it. (Nehemiah 3:5)

___

God always sees our work for Him and will reward those who are faithful. (Nehemiah 3:6-13)

___

Great leaders lead by example and work with their followers to accomplish the vision; they don’t just give them orders. (Nehemiah 3:14)

___

A great vision will take great work. (Nehemiah 3:15-27)

___

Do what you can where you are. (Nehemiah 3:28)

___

Recognizing the hard work of your team and acknowledging the tasks they do is important. (Nehemiah 3:29-32)
