The numbers show we are having a mental health crisis in our country: 1 in 5 adults in the US. The pandemic drove these issues to the surface as a result of collective stress and trauma. You can’t always tell when someone is suffering in this way. Kristan shares approaches we can take to be more sensitive and cautious as we reach out to others who may be going through mental health distress.
